Parenting POST- CONFERENCE

This class is taught by Ben Smith, Founder and Director of Camp David of the Ozarks which serves children of prisoners and foster children. Ben has been working with at-risk youth for over 20 years both as a parent to his own 6 children, as a foster parent, and as a Camp Director for over 17 years.

In this hands-on workshop Ben Smith shares from his own experience practical tools for dealing with the tough stuff and bringing the joy back into parenting. Starting with how they think Ben shows parents how they can set goals and motivate their children to be all they want them to be. The topics this class will cover include teaching obedience the first time, sharing in the housework, how to end the complaining, and parenting with the end in mind.
