Need Prayer?
Dear Friend,

We need each other to get through this life. To get through the stuff that rips your heart open. To overcome shame. To stand against the temptations of greed, lust, hate. To remind each other who we are in Christ and to remember we are not powerless.
God tells us to encourage and pray for one another. He says we need to pray for healing, for peace, for power to be an overcomer, and for more people to come to Him (pray for open doors for the gospel to transform every people group). Maybe your loved one has a parole hearing coming up and you are anxious – we want to pray for you. Maybe your daughter was admitted to the hospital for threats of self-harm again, and you don’t know what to do. Maybe your ex is allowing your kids to watch stuff that you don’t want them to see, or you are struggling with anxiety.
We invite you to share your prayer requests. There is nothing magical about the way we pray, and your prayers may be answered differently than you hope. But God tells us to pray- to ask. He says we don’t have what we need because we didn’t ask. God can give beauty for our ashes, and joy where we were grieving. Nothing is too big for God.
On this form, we encourage you to share your concern- your prayer request, or a short testimony of what God has done for you. This is not a place to vent all of your frustrations about your situation- please give us a summary of the situation, and define a clear target for us to join you in prayer.
Shine on,
Grace
No one should walk alone
“In the same way, prayer is essential in this ongoing warfare. Pray hard and long. Pray for your brothers and sisters. Keep your eyes open. Keep each other’s spirits up so that no one falls behind or drops out.” Ephesians 6:18
