Times: Friday- set up between 2-6 pm, pack up between Sat evening to Sunday at 1:00 pm

Costs: Exhibitor $25; Vendor $40

Exhibitor: a non-profit organization that serves others or an author that is promoting their book to help others

Vendor: a person or a company that sells services, products, or books to support a business

We have unlimited space for Exhibitors/Vendors for this event! Each exhibit/vendor spot includes an 6 ft. table with two chairs, and electricity available.

Contact and Organization agree:

Exhibitors and Vendors agree to set up Friday afternoon from 2-6 pm, and wait until after 7 pm Saturday to pack up

All conference spaces will be completely packed away and cleared out by 1:30 pm Sunday

Exhibitors and Vendors agree to not move their assigned table space, unless they have met with the Vendor Coordinator

JW will not be held responsible for items that are lost or stolen

Exhibitors and Vendors will take precautionary security measures to protect their goods

JW reserves the right to reject any exhibitor or vendor deemed inappropriate for this faith-based event

The volume of any audio equipment must not exceed a distance of five feet

The conference space fee does not include Conference Registration, lodging or food costs- get your conference registration ticket from our website

DEADLINE: February 20, 2025 or until spaces fill up! Tables will be assigned in the order in which registrations come in.
