DAYCARE PROGRAM DETAILS

Camp David of the Ozarks is partnering with Jewel Warriors to provide a daycare program so mothers/guardians can attend this event!

Ages: Program is for children 1-11 whose mothers/guardians are attending the conference at the hotel

Place: Same hotel as the Jewel Warrior Conference- Holiday Inn

Program Sessions: Thursday night, Friday morning, Friday afternoon, Friday night, Saturday morning (no daycare for late night party).

Costs: We are offering this service for free but ask that you tip the volunteers.

Program activities: Sessions typically include a Bible lesson, songs, general play, and crafts. Night-sessions include movies appropriate for the age groups.

Register: Register each child seperately. There are limited spaces for the daycare program, so register your child before spaces fill up!

DAYCARE GUIDELINES

Parent/Guardian agrees:

  • To drop off their child in the 15 minutes before each session, and pickup child within 15 minutes after each session. If parent is late to pick up child, we reserve the right to deny the parent the daycare program services with no refund.
  • To keep sick children home and to notify Jewel Warriors if their children is not going to come. Parent agrees to pick up their child and take them home if they become sick during the conference.
  • If child is not potty trained, parent will send diapers, wipes and changes of clothes.
  • To provide a bag with an extra change of clothes, favorite snack and drink, and a favorite comfort toy for children 3 and under
  • To pick up their child if they are bullying or being disruptive.
  • Jewel Warriors and Camp David of the Ozarks are faith based ministries, and children will be taught Bible songs, verses, and lessons about living for God.
  • Parent understands there is no nurse on duty, so they will be responsible to administer any medication their child is on.
  • To give permission to Jewel Warriors to use daycare photos of their child in promotional materials.
  • To accept any risks involved in the daycare program activities (playing games, doing crafts, eating snacks) and do hereby release Jewel Warriors and Camp David of the Ozarks, and all staff and volunteers, from any and all claims for bodily and personal injuries sustained by their child.
